Technical regulations and conditions:
The Mentor Nestle Nesquik Cup 2013 will be held according to the ISU General
Regulations 2011, the Special Regulations SYS 2011 as well as the valid Technical Rules and Conditions SYS 2011/12 of the Polish Figure Skating Association
Judging system:
It will be judged with the ISU system.
Official Practice:
The official practice begins on Sunday January 13th, 2013. Each team in novices and junior has 12 minutes for the free program. Juvenile, mix age and adults has 10 minutes for practice. The official practice is compulsory for all teams.
Extra practice:
It is possible to claim extra practice time on ice. Extra practice is possible from Friday 11th.01.2013 to Sunday 13th.01.2013 (on Sunday on the other ice in the same building) 15 min is cost 30 euro
Panel:
The technical Panel / Panel of Judges is composed for each category of:
5 Judges minimum, 1 Technical Specialist, 1 Controler
Judges:
Judges with the qualification “National SYS Judge“ or judges, who are on the official list of ISU for international competitions, can be announced to the organizer. Entries should be received with the official entry form III not later than December1 st, 2012.
The organizer will pay for meals and accommodation in hotel Filmar from Saturday evening, 12th to Sunday evening, 13th of March.
All other expenses shall be the responsibility of each official or the entering association or club.
Judges Meeting:
The judges meeting will be held on Saturday January12 th , 2013 at around 08:30 p.m. on the Judges room on the Ice Rink Area. The “Round table discussion” will be held on Sunday January 8th , 2011 in the same place. Time in arrangement with the referee.

The entries of the teams and skaters must be forwarded in 2 phases:
- form I: entry of the teams name
- form II: definite entry of the names of the team members

Deadline:
- entry form for the team: December 1st, 2012 The number of the participating teams is restricted. The organizer has the right to restrict the teams in the order of the enrollment.
- entry form II for the team members: December 1st 2012 At the time of registration all participants must show a copy of the passport or ID card.
Entrance-fee: 250 euro.- per team all categories. (Entry fees include transport hotel – ice rink – hotel)

Prizes - Awards
The first three teams in each category will receive a reward.
Each competitor will receive a souvenir in each category.
Liability:
A medical service will be on duty at the ice rink during all the time of the competition and practices.
Doping:
An anti-doping control can take place according to the regulations of the Ministry of Sport.
Draw:
Drawings take place in judges room 2 members per team at 12th January about 20.00
Accommodation:
Entry fee iclude transport from every accomodation in Toruń to Ice Rink and from Ice Rink to hotels

Meals:
We propose meals on Saturday and Sunday.
- Brunch (elevenses, second breakfast) is on the Ice Rink Area and cost 5 euro
- Lunch is in restaurant 3 min by foot from Ice Rink Area and cost 8 euro (warm meal)
- Dinner is in restaurant 3 min by foot from Ice Rink Area and cost 10 euro (warm meal)
